At Future Future Apparel & Denim Repair, we aim to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. Please review the following Return Policy for information on returns, exchanges, and repair guarantees.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please note that all alterations and orders based on the customer’s own measurements are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Repair Guarantee:

We provide a limited guarantee on all repairs performed by our skilled technicians.

The repair guarantee is valid for a period of 4 weeks from the date of payment.

In order to avail of the repair guarantee, any issues with the repair must be communicated to us within 5 days of receiving the repaired item.

Return Process:

Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and process your request.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds:

Exceptions:

Custom-made or personalized items, including alterations and orders based on the customer’s own measurements, cannot be returned or exchanged.
